Background

When I Started: Nov 2004
HOW I STARTED:

A friend and I, decided we wanted to start working out, just to get bigger. Ended up being in the gym all the time, and kept on lifting. I never really knew much about bodybuilding until about 2 years ago..I didnt realy know much about the competitions or real training, or nutrition.. I was just lifting to lift.. and didnt change diet at all..

WHY I LOVE IT:

I just like to see changes.. its feels good to lift.
