Why I Love It:
BB and working out is not for the weak of mind, body or spirit. I love that this lifestyle separates me into an elite group of people. There are no words to describe the feeling of walking across a stage knowing that you've finally attained the goal you've poured every morsel of your life into for the past 16 weeks. That rush is addicting...I LOVE IT!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Some days are more difficult to get through than others. I keep my eye on the final prize, the end result. On the rough days I just put my head down and trudge through it. I have a wonderful, supportive network of friends. They are truely inspiring and great help. Lastly , not only do I represent my own name, I represent my trainers and coaches. I will NOT let myself let them down. On days that its difficult for me to muster up self motivation, I remember the people I am representing and it gets me through.

2006 Xcalibur BB& Fitness Championships, 3rd place (figure short class); 2006 East Coast/Deleware BB & Fitness Championships, 2nd place figure B class/ 4th place figure novice; 2006 New Jersey Suburban Bodybuilding and Figure Championships, 1st place figure medium class, 2005 Muscle Beach BB and Fitness Championships, 3rd place figure short class; 2005 Xcalibur BB and Fitness Championships, 3rd place figure tall class; 2004 Gold's Classic BB and Fitness Championships, 3rd place figure tall class

Metroflex Gym in Arlington is pleased to announce the 2008 Virtual Female Figure/Bodybuilder and Male Bodybuilder of the year. Each month, Metroflex will select three athletes for that month. If you are selected, your pictures will be displayed on the Metroflex Photo Gallery. If you are overall winners will receive personal photo gallery on the Metroflex Gym website and either free registration fees or tickets for our 2009 events.
