Goal (Long):
I want to take hold of my life and my physical status. I've always been active and played sports such as football, basketball and track so lifting weights was a must. I want to eventually get into the best shape of my life with a bodyfat goal of between 5-7% at any weight between 175-195!! I realize that it's going to take hard work along with what I like to call 3-D(Determination,Dedication and Discipline)but I'm prepared to give it my all with hopes of reaching this goal by June 2011!!

HEY! What's "BBW"? Well, my advice to drop bodyfat and see terrific abs - be mindful of ur diet. U can indulge but in moderation. SUGAR is "evil". (lol)Just my experience... I never do any ab work too. Best Wishes... *smile*

Thanks for the kind words....I would say stay consistent with your cardio/weight training/clean eating. Keep your protein fairly high and limit carbs while you are burning body fat. Good luck
