I got started yrs ago...(you couldnt tell now!) I have always loved the fit and toned body. My mom kept us active as kids and working out. Now I just need to get my focus back...And quit playin!

Ok...so, now it's Nov 6th...and I have still yet to post any pics of me...i think it's the fear of putting myself out there and showing the world what a mess I have made of myself, with food and no excercising. Although I know that once I do...it's going to hold me accountable. Lord knows...
Hey girl, I haven't fallen off the wagon but the ride sure did get bumpy this week, lol. I've been skipping meals and forgetting to to take my vitamins so my workouts have been lacking. don't worry well get it together though just keep pushing yourself.
I'm still hanging in there Ms. Barbell Diva...I have final exams this week and I trying hard to resist the urge to stress eat...so far, so good. I gotta post a progress pic real soon...these ABS are being stubborn but I'm making a little progress :) how are things going for you?
Hey Rayna! Ive been under the weather for about a 8 days! Uugh! Starting to feel better... cant train until Monday... need the rest.. so I can at least go to work. How are you doing?

I can't wait to see you do your thing! We won't know the results of the contest unitl next month. So, I'm just going to continue training for next year's competition and get ready for The Arnold!
Hey Mrs. BarbellDiva, I just love that name :) I got a little lazy myself I was going 6day/wk twice a day and started feeling burnt out so I laid out a couple of days now I back to once a day still seeing steady progress so I'm happy. Glad to hear that you're still motivated, never give up. ttyl
Running around is a good thing at least your active and not sitting stationery in front of all the leftovers, LOL...I had a great Turkey Day, even hit the track before all the festivities began. Hey Rayna, I'm doing good...I girl messed up last night too and had "FRIED" chicken wings, now you know I know better, LOL....but I been working out twice a day all week and increasing my cardio so I just called a "Reward Meal" and kept right on pushing myself to stay focused...don't beat yourself up over it just stay on track and you'll be just fine.

Hey there Ms Barbell Diva, it was great I got a nice cardio workout in to start of my day Sat. then my daughter had me walking around in Wal-mart 3 hrs that evening so I felt it was a two-a-day workout, LOL it paid off though because Sun. is my cheat day and I needed that extra workout for all the "dirty" foods I consumed...Ice Cream and Peach Cobbler,,,yummie!!! :-) How was your weekend hun?
