How I Started: Before I got married I was a "big boy", after I said <I Do< I let myself go. Too many times I've attempted to achieve what I once had...now I have to make it happen!!!
Why I Love It: C'mon hittin' the steel...nothin' better. No excuses, no lies, no cheating...just straight results and size.
How I Stay Motivated: Still having a hard time letting go of some bad vices that I have attained.

Sorry for the undies in the pic everyone, next one will have shorts on. As you can see I'm just a tad bit out of shape.  Well it's a start. I keep fluctuating weight around 3 pounds or so.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder. Rotator cuff, still have to be carefull and warm up good.

Hey everyone, thanks for your comments. I had to take some time away from the gym. But I've been watching my diet to make up for it. I'll be back to the gym next week and we'll see what I can make of it.
