When I Started: Apr, 1997
How I Started: Got started when my brother bought free weights and a bench for the house and i wanted to get stronger for the sports i play,however after like a month of training i stopped and started and stopped again i prob only started training properley in 2005.
Why I Love It: I feel like i accomplish somthing,like the day wasnt a waste,dont love gym all th time but i feel crappy if i dont go.
How I Stay Motivated: I remember how much pain and sweat i went through to get where i am,and i have stopped before and lose all the progress i dont want that to happen again

Goal (Short): I want to reduce my bodyfat to 13% and weigh 88kg by the end of January
Goal (Long): Basically wanna weigh between 90 and 100kg's.Arms round 48 cm.I dunno whats gonna be more difficult reaching the goal or maintaining it.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 kg

Workout Program:
My workout is desighned mainly for getting stronger and weight gain.Surprisingly it hasnt been that difficult to keep definition.So far ive trained for a month and gained 5 Kilo's.I train Mon to Fri 5 sets with 5 reps and 5 exercises per muscle.
