Your new stats are even more impressive - 450 on bench, arms at 19? Wow. Glad things sound like they are going very well for you otherwise, too. Keep up the great work!
Just noticed your new profile picture as it changed on my friends page - looks like your training is still going well. Even though the picture's a little fuzzy those abs clearly show. Very impressive on such a massive looking torso! Keep up the great work.
Ray, well even if you don't "make the football team" as you're main call sign says, with your size you've defintely already made the "I'm going to run right through you w/o blinking' team. The folks on the other side of the scrimmage line aren't going to know what hit them ... and still won't once they wake up, too! Outstanding conditioning there.
-Ray possesses an ol' school "in-your-face" power physique in the mold of the late, great Mike Mentzer. Good luck in your bb debut. Can't wait for the update and to see your trophy!
Ray,
Really like your attitude bud. You seem to have a lot of motivation. Huge arms and big back. Excellent shots here. 17.5 inch arms are my goal. I just reached 16.5 so I've got a ways to go. Very solid physique.
Ray, HAPPY NEW YEAR buddy. You inspire me to work harder in the gym before I truly AM an "old man!" Don't take what you've done for granted, not for one day and keep it up. I've been released by the doc to workout again so I was there all week. I hope 2007 is very good to you son. Your friend, Cam in ATLANTA
