wassup ray..thanks 4 hitting up my page as far as my progress is going..things are starting to get better..the main reason why im not getting any bigger is my diet. Im not eating enough protein and carbs. If i just eat more ill definetly start putting on size. Any suggestions on specific foods i should eat??

Man, I'm actually alright. Training is going pretty well with a few skipped days here and there. Depending on how the projects are going. Life is actually pretty grand as well. How about yourself?

My workouts are going crazy. Oh, I'm doing them ... just might be a bit too overeager. Example. Yesterday was a cardio day. I was supposed to do 20 minutes of HIIT and 30-45 minutes of slow stuff on the treadmill. Easy ... well, I still managed to throw in pull-ups, dips, deadlifts, and even a few push-ups on in there. Yeah, workouts are taking a shape of their own. Today is an official weight day too. This is going to be "interesting". How about yourself?

Hey Ray, trust, you could do some damage on the bodybuilding field. Just gotta tweak some stuff and get you all tanned and oil and some trunks and good routine and your in. As for being a Buckeye, I'm from Ohio so HELL YEAH, I'm a Buckeye. U?
