thank you! I'm thinking about it! I'm on day 5 of my first real cutting phase trying to see if I can lower my bodyfat and tighten and tone my midsection. To be honest, I'm a little intimidated by how many other people are in so much better shape than I am :) So I'm thinking I will take a little more time figuring out my body and how it builds and cuts best. How's your training going?
