My father raised me to be very competitive, so it was only a matter of time before my passion for weight lifting would transform into a love for bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Because their is always something to improve..you are never perfect in the bodybuilding world.

Its not about what you want to do...Its about what needs to be done.
8th grade football pic. I did horrible this year..I promised my dad I would start my freshman year. Not only did I start that year...my passion for weightlifting began...
I met Mr.Wolfe while I was stationed in Korea. I immediately began to bombard him with various bodybuilding questions! LOL. The info I received from him was amazing! I have seen tremendous gains by taking his advice. Major Propz!
tru tru. i think you should be ready to go once the time comes. im doin iight. tryin to bulk up still. you know how it is. you still workin out the same?
i start training with lilswole of bb.com on the 23rd. 3x a week. www.vaughparker.com I trained with him once over the summer and it was a good workout. I figure if I committ to 3 months it will force me to work out early all the time. Can't wait to add definition and size. Keep up the good work man. Legs look good. Could not see the calves on your photos but I am sure they are coming along well. Your shoulders look good for sure. Keep it up Ray.
Sup man. My doctorate in physical therapy. I may get my RN as well..not sure yet. I just made a 3 month verbal contract to train with a pt 3 times a week at 6am. Diet is going well but after studying 5-10 hours your just tired in the brain. Your quads are looking great man.
Michael, how are you man? How's the training going? With school and work I have to make the most of my workout since I have so much on my plate. Looking good man- especially the back and quads.
