How I Started:
As a child I struggled with being overweight. I had no friends, my self esteem was low, I had no confidence, I just didn't like myself. All of that changed when I was introduced to the sport of Football.
Why I Love It:
There is no words to explain how much it changed my life. Being able to live healthier,feeling confidence, looking better, and just believing in your self is the best feeling in the world.
How I Stay Motivated:
God. I do it all for Him. I will forever serve and honor Him.

Started out 198lb. Currently 163. Lost 35 pounds.

My purpose in life is to help others. I find helping others is a key to happiness, buying an expensive car,home,or having money, those things doesn't matter. To be able to hear someone say "You changed my life" would be the best experience in my life. I want to wake up each day to become a better person, to be someones miracle. I am the child of God and I will forever serve him.
Josh has made me realize how we should motivate and inspire other people to live better not just only ourselves. He has inspire me to help people, share my experience,think of others and just keep giving. To see someone who serve the Lord means a lot to me.
It's been the second week of school. I am starting adjust to school. Lately I've been trying to get as much time in the gym but couldn't but this week, right after school, I am heading straight there and get the work done to reach my goals. No distractions just look forward straight at...

2.Train only 1 to 2 muscle group a day
3.Do a total of 6 to 9 heavy sets per muscle group
4.Do 4 to 6 reps per set
