What are you taking in for calories bro? I bet that is the issue. Ab Ripper isn't going to get your abs to show. Losing the bodyfat covering your abs is what will do it. Doubles isn't the key either. You need to find the caloric intake per day where you start dropping body fat.

Thanks brother! My nutrition is pretty simple. 2000 calories, 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Limited complex carbs after lunch. Making sure my fat intake is comprised of healthy fats like raw almonds, and extra virgin olive oil.
I keep it basic and workable for real life bro. Each one of us needs to find that fine line of caloric intake that supports our intense workouts without overfeeding. It works bro!

I tell you bro Kettlebells changed my Fitness life. I have reached new levels of strength and cardio using them. I have a couple of killer routines that I do and they have really pushed my fitness forward.
