How I Started:
I Actually got started last year for a New Years Resolution(2008)because I was weighing in at 312 pounds and wasn't happy with myself so I joined a 24 hour gym and started going about 5 days a week up until The Start of Summer(June)Because when the warm weather hits I tend to take advantage of it and was somewhat satisfied dropping weight to 275 and was getting more cut up.Now I got another gym membership This past November and Im Re-motivated to keep with it and drop to As low as 230-240 which I haven't weighed since 8th grade ha..Im determined that I will get there.
Why I Love It:
For me the only hard part of Working out is getting there,Other than that I love knowing that fact that Im improving my self-confidence and my Health,And I love gaining strength.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking of what it would be like to weigh 230 pounds,Im already a naturally gifted athlete,For a bigger guy I have always had no problem keeping up in any sport of activity and have no Problem Jumping up and Grabbing Rim to Playing Rugby on the weekends,So to stay motivated I imagine myself Competing at a high level.
