Check my "Workout Program". I do abs workout in Friday. "Leg Raise" is for upper abs. "Crunch" is for lower abs. "Air Bike" is for side abs.

I do my workout before or after class. I have part-time job after school. But I don't decrease frequency of workout because workout reduce my stress. Workout is very fun!! If you think "Workout is fun!", you can get more motivation too.
