Weight is coming off pretty slow now. I'm lucky if I lose a pound a week. I've been partying (drinking) a lot...with late night eating, including a couple bags of chips. But it's all good, even though it's slow, it's still progress in the right direction.

I've hit a major plateau. I'm doing lots of cardio, feels great, but I have a ravenous, bottomless-pit kind of hunger that makes it hard to stick to a low carb diet, especially when always surronded by fruit. I'm experimenting with different ways to chill my appetite...we'll see.

Woke up after crying the night before and thought, what a great time to take a picture of myself. Anyway, I'm not sure it's progress but at least I'm not gaining the weight back.

My workouts are on a whole new level. Recently started struggling with binging out on simple carbs...again. I will find something better to do when I'm bored...x_x
