When I was in high school I wanted to improve upon my skinny 5'7" frame. One of my mentors had an old Weider bench and dumbells in his garage and on Friday nights when all of the other kids would go to the mall and shop or watch movies, I would do bicep curls , bench presses, push ups and pull ups until I would almost puke and than I would do it all over again on Sat.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of the pump and the fact that you have complete control of how successful you can be based on the level of commitment and intensity you put forward.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lots and lots of stimulants and high energy dance and techno music.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed when I was 21 but quickly realized I was a boy amongst men. Being a Libra I needed balance and felt this was more important in my life than a trophy, But I have the utmost respect for those who have dedicated their lives to the sport and admire the commitment they have made to their dreams... But I have been in a few magazines.
I'm looking to transform my physique and achieve a lean athletic look.
Goal (Long):
Now that I'm in my thirty's and focusing on my career my goals have changed. Overall health and balance are what I strive for with my physique. Through intense cardiovascular and weight training I will achieve this over the next few months. Just in time for my high school reunion.
