How I Started:
I was always an athlete until I got to college then I didn't do anything. Eventually, I was tired of sitting around and once I stopped partying all the time it was kind of a hobby to keep busy and keep healthy.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling like i Look and feel my best. There is nothing else like it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always have a tough time staying motivated, but once I see some results and start feeling better all around, I get addicted.

Goal (Long):
I want to be at the peak of my physical fitness again, I feel I've really let myself go and I want to change that. I want to be proud of what I look like, I want to be proud of the self control I have, I want to be able to run a 7 min mile no problem. I want to be able to get rid of that little belly bulge at the bottom that seems to have always been there.
So I'm still only taking 2 capsules of Ripped Fuel and its great, I feel like I can already see some progress but I know that sounds ridiculous I'm gonna wait till then end of the week then I'm going to upload a new progress pic, redo my measurements, and weigh myself so that should be...
I just started taking 4 a day on Sat or Sun. I worked my way up from 2 a day. I try to do well most days but I am not going to live my life on a strict diet!! Lol!
yeah I bet it can get a little crazy when you have tons of homework and school the last thing you want to do is workout!! I hear you, well I am glad to hear that you'll be getting back on it pretty soon!! you look great already so I'm sure your goal is within your reach..
