How I Started:
I first got started in the summer of 1996 while visting Boston for the summer. For approx 2 1/2 months by eldest brother, who is 11 years older than me, took me to the gym and showed me the ropes... the rest is history.
Why I Love It:
Its the greatest natural high ever! Builds self-confidence, teaches mental discipline, and keeps your body and mind healthy and happy!

Goal (Long):
I really want to cut my body fat so I can git rid of this last bit of fat on the middle lower section of my abdominals... and it is freakin hard let me tell you!
Further develop my biceps. I like how they look on the inside but they need better shape on the outside portion. I am fighting genetics here!
Build mass on my rear delts to give shoulders a more rounded look.
Build mass on my hamstrings.
Build more mass on my hamstrings.
Build mass on my quads and glutes.
Build mass and definition on my calves.
