How I Started:
After going to Doctor at age 31..overweight and being told I have to get on cholesterol meds...I got mad at myself and joined the YMCA and after moving I have been member of various gyms
Why I Love It:
Gives me the energy to get through the day & keeps the meds away!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at Muscle & Fitness magazines..keep telling myself to go extra mile
BB Accomplishments:
Honestly I have now just entered the bodybuilding phase of working out.I realize my body type to responds to weights better than extreme cardio. I can shorten cardio and advance in weight workouts now. I will just see where it takes me from here
