Just do it! Crossfit that is. Stick tot he program. it'll hurt the first couple weeks, but suck it up. Crossfit & Eat clean like Zone or Paleo, You won't regret the commitment. Check out inkcreeps bodyspace. he looked like you when he started, and he's ridiculous now!

The knee was actually swollen from a long run with my crosstraining shoes instead of my running shoes. It's all better now. I just hit the upper-body centric crossfit workouts for a few days and my legs are good to go now.

I was up until yesterday. Our freaking unit funding fell through man...i'm so pissed. My Ranger buddy and I were training our asses off...**** i'm still mad about it man. the thing is i'm not going to be around next year to compete...man it sucks...damn

riding that government contractor money train(no hatin') you should be ordering sh1t tons of supps, especially if the px sucks that bad! Our px wasn't that bad in Iraq, but it's good being home getting to eat whatever. Take care and stay safe. Good luck!

Sick New Year's WOD, Thanks for stoppin' by the blog. Happy New Year's and another GREAT year of Crossfitting! i'm changing stuff up a little bit, i'm getting a little more focused on endurance for upcoming combat scuba school.
