yeah man my legs are SKINNY! i have never ever even tried to bulk up my legs before. don't get me wrong though, as a basketball player, army ranger, and distance runner, i've put my legs through some intense workouts. i had a vertical leap just under 40" when i was playing ball! i just have never done anything to build mass. anyway, go ahead and text me whenever you know your schedule for gold's, and i'll plan on workin' out w/you guys on monday

yeah, definitely don't over-train!!! i did that in april tryin' to get ready for my 1st half-marathon and i hurt my knee pretty bad...it's really all about knowing your body.

this time of year, i'll run 4-6 miles @least 3 times during the week and then i'll go for something over 10 miles on the weekend. end of Feb beginning of March i'll start increasing distances.

i run for @least an hour, 4 times a week. that's alot though, but i'm going to qualify for the Boston Marathon in '09 so i gotta keep it up! how's everything goin' for you??

i used to have a fast metabolism! it started slowin' like crazy for me somewhere around 24 years old. now i do cardio like crazy, i'm in LUV with running now though so it all just kind of works out for me. i have been really disciplined with my diet too, i'm kind of tempted to lay off the cardio to see if all this proper eating keeps my metabolism in line...it won't happen though, i'm addicted to running=) how's everything coming along for you?
