Overall Goal: i got recalled back into the army for another deployment to afghanistan, so my goal is to get huge overseas(it's workin' so far) and get home safe!

i used to be one of the elite Army Airborne Rangers...unfortunately i served my last year in korea and i fell off hardcore!!! i was extremely depressed and disgustingly out of shape when i finally hit rock bottom @the end of 2007 and realized that it was either time to change or time to die (i know that sounds extreme but it's the way i do things) @the beginning of '08 i was in the gym 2times a day 6 days a week!!! now i'm addicted for life!!!

How I Stay Motivated:
actually, i've picked up many different ways to motivate myself. as an Army Ranger i've been in some shitty places but you have to find ways to stay motivated. even false motivation is motivation, some times you have to 'trick' your mind or change your mind's perspective to make the task at hand seem more bearable than it may really be....don't worry, i'll write a book about it some day, but until then, STAY MOTIVATED! :)

If your back is sore, that means it's working. That's what it feels like to GROW. As a bodybuilder you will almost always have something sore on you! LOL!
If your goal is to gain muscle, I suggest you eat 350-400 grams of carbs daily, 200-250 protein and 50-60 fats. Larger meal an hour before you lift, 80-90 grams of carbs post workout. Your muscles wanna GROW bro! Feed the machine!
Glad to see you at Golds Tommy. Sorry I thought you were shorter, u have no stats posted and few shots with your legs! LOL! Want me to text you when we will be lifting at Golds?
Ah, the beauty of timeless photography. Right now I'm far from cut! LOL! Bulking to grow, weighing 190ish. Last competed at 163-- you do the math. It ain't pretty! But I'll start cutting in may to compete in the fall (cutting is easy for me!). Hope you'll be shooting some pix of me!
