I got started really working out when I was in the Army. I was a Ranger and we worked out twice a day. I was in the best shape of my life and took for granted how hard it was to stay that way. I have been out of the Army now for a few years and am now trying to get back to the level of fitness I was at then.

Right now my motivation is thinking about what I was like as a Ranger and just trying to get back to that level. Rangers Lead The Way!!!
its def hard to motivate someone who doesnt want it... you have to have the passion and drive inside. I want to bodybuild.. so its lifestyle.. not just a "diet" fad that most girls do.
but goodluck with BF% loss... keep kickin ass!
