Things are going fine. One week out from my competition. Did I mention that I hate to diet. To me it is painful and makes me grumpy LOL Well the lady that was on the infomercial looked exactly like you. A person cannot miss your beautiful face even if it is for second. I hope that the holidays were good to you. I kind of ate things I shouldnt of, but I am back on track. Started training and dieting for a competition in April. You are still looking wonderful and gorgeous.

Hi, I saw you on another person profile. And I think it will only take you 6 months to get ready for a Amatuer competition. Just have to be strict in your diet and stick to it. I know you can because I saw that you were a soldier like I am.

I really only feel the creakic working. I get leaner when I use it. The other two, I just feel my energy go up for a short period of time
