I have always worked out since junior high. I am a wrestler and those intense workouts sparked my interest. I still wrestle to this day
Why I Love It:
I like the way my body has shaped up. My strength is great and I like being 200lb and bench 405lbs.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look forward to the next wrestling match, or the next powerlifting match, or the next natural bodybuilding competition. Then I focus on that event and train hard.
BB Accomplishments:
NANBF Novice 4th place. Golds Classic 3rd Place (Masters), 3rd Place Masters Southern Midwest Classic.

I do what is called the German Workout
Monday
Flat bench 10 sets of 6 reps
Incline DB 10 sets of 6 reps
Flies 10 stes of 6 reps
Pull overs 10 sets of 6 reps
Abs
Tuesday
Pull Ups 3 sets of 8 reps for back warm-up
Pull downs 10 sets of 6 reps
T-Bar Row 10 sets of 6 reps

I had a great 4th!! I should of stopped off in MO and said "HI" when i crossed through...very pretty state!! Another competition? wow wish i could come and see it...i know u will do great!! Have a great week!!
