Thank you! I'm still all new to this, so at the risk of asking a stupid question.. What exactly is the arnold? .. I couldn't possibly consider myself competition material lol.. not yet anyways, I would love to get to that point tho.

I think the main factor that contributed my rapid weight gain was quitting smoking. After I quit smoking (I had smoked for almost 18 years) I started eating everything in sight lol.. I forced my self to eat high protein foods like hard boiled eggs, & albacore tuna. "Muscle building protein shakes", creatine, and exercise is really all I have done. I was already under-weight for my height before I quit smoking.
