You'll thank yourself when you're older for getting into the iron game at a young age.
It's not a game, it's a job.
It's not a job, it's a lifestyle.
It's not a lifestyle, it's my life.
WHY? Do u have a competition upcoming. I NEVER cut/bulk/cut/etc. Probably as I am ALWAYS around 10-12% b.f. (over 15 years). If u r tring to "get big"...eat plenty enough to grow ur muscles...and try to do it cleanly. Yeah, u can eat 3500 calories of junk, but I assume u want to be a good looking big, not sloppy, right? So, I wouldnt' recommend focusing on ups and downs this early in ur gameplan. ~Dawn Melanie
Hmmm. I really don't know 100%. I stopped taking the measurements once I dropped to about 8%. After that, I was most interested in having the "look" needed for that competition. I did. *SMILE* ~Dawn Melanie
