Really only got back into it recently(worked out for about a year when I was 18-19 then dropped off because im an idiot), but am studying Fitness now and have a newfound passion for it, so won't be stopping anytime soon.
Why I Love It:
Good stress relief, love setting myself goals and then breaking them.

Wanting to look as good as I can while I am young and be healthy.

i dont know what a recumbant bike is haha. but id say bike is good, go low impact and ease your way back into it. you dont want to do any more damage!

I got lemonade flavour, tastes not too bad, like a defrosted margarita reckon! im finding its effects are becoming less and less compared to a couple weeks ago and im looking at upping my dosage, still trialling it though :) I dont get the jitters or shakes or anything like that luckily! Mine wears off after 3-4 hours tops, bit of a bugger really!!!

I can honestly say i LOVE the N.O. X-plode!!! I got the initial gut upset but all subsided, i know its probably 90% mental but i wouldnt be able to do half the things i do without it!!! Sure, it tastes terrible but when i see the form of my muscles at relax in the mirror its great motivation :D

haha awww, just go, and once you get there you feel like it. I never really feel like going, but once I'm there and I'm into it, I feel so much better. Go next time, get the test and let me know how you go. =]
