Supplements that I take.
My supplement that I normally take are: Fish Oil(GNC), AnaVite(Gaspari), Ultra Chromium Picolinate 800(GNC) all for morning. For pre-workout, I normally stack x-pand no caffeine with superpump max. Intra-workout is usually aminolast with glycofuse(both gaspari) and con-cret. Post workout is always, and highly recommended especially if you're leaning out, and that's Dymatize Iso-100! Best damn protein ever. Than before bed is bcaa's, any brand will do.
