Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

Well my papa started me off when I was about 6, I would go in the back yard and watch him squat like 600 pounds and it influenced me. Like father like son. But when I started playing football I really got into it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I enjoy working out, because me personally, I think of working out as an type of art. I express my emotions when I work out, and besides why not stay healthy, it can make you a stronger person physically and mentally.
