How I Started:
Started really working hard after my shoulder surgery in 10th grade. Due to my surgery i missed a whole year of baseball and and gained 25 lbs. I knew i had to work my ass off to get back out there. I lost all my fat while building tons of muscle. Due to my hard work im playing baseball in college now, but my college didnt really believe in weight lifting so i lost alot of what i worked so hard to get. Now i am refocusing and rededicating myself.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing myself. It is amazing what our bodys can actually endure by just pushing and bettering oneself on a daily basis
How I Stay Motivated:
im addicted to it. i want to be bigger and stronger. By seeing others who are bigger and stronger.. it just makes me want it more

I want my body back. I was ripped up before and i loved my body i was 175 with 5% body fat but i wasnt big...i was just ripped. I want to gain muscle so i can have some size and get back to being ripped
