How I Started:
I've aways been a small guy and hated it but i love to be athletic and have always been pretty stong for my size. so a friend got me into power lifting and weights. From there i jus fell in love with bodybuilding and the classic guys like arnould and franco.
Why I Love It:
It's my way to chill out and get rid of my stress. Plus it gives me somthing to focus on and work for all the time 24/7. Also i have always believed that your health aand your physical self is the only thing you ever really have control over. It help me from getting deppressed again.
How I Stay Motivated:
Since its always a constant thing with making it to the gym, eating the rite amount of the rite stuff, taking supplements religiously and getting enoughe sleep, once i get into the rythum it jus goes, dont have to think or work for it.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet. but i want to get up to at least 160lbs and stay at my current body fat or as close as i can in the next year and a half then hopefully try a lil competition after that.
This was after i had been outa high school for about two years or so. i had lost alot of muscle and a ton of strength. Was working to many hours then to eat rite or go to the gym.
Me jus before i left for the navy. Had almost started to gain a lil again. But def lost it all and more when i was in the Navy. Expecialy while i was stationed in Bahrain!!
My goal is to get up to about 155 to 165 very very lean and very strong, yet still have my cardio and endurance as high as it is now. jus get healthy and have a body i can be comfertable with.

Hand written work out log. jus to keep trak and for motivation, to see how much im improving.

Cons its another place i have to go. some times have to share the weights or machines. Sometimes have to wait.
