How I Started:
I had seen Cory Everson in a competition and knew I wanted to look like that! So a few years later I started BB, I was 19. I had a baby about a year later, and then another 3 years after that, and then 1 more.By that time I weighed roughly 205. And I just never started training again. Now Im 42 and I want my body back, haha.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I look and feel when I have extra muscle and little fat on my body. I love being Fit and Fabulous!
How I Stay Motivated:
My son, RandallW, who has been battling Cystic Fibrosis for almost 16 yrs.

Why is it that "some" women concentrate only on their abs? I know , theres nothing wrong with women with a six pack. I think it looks great and am working on my own 6 ( hopefully oneday, 8) pack, hahaha.But what about the rest of the body? Working your abs only is a great set up for...
