I got started being healthier and working out the summer after 8th grade. I was a severly overweight pre-teen and decided it was time to change when summer football season came around for freshman year of High School. After a grueling first season full of running, running and more running, i was hooked on get bigger faster and stronger! i soon dropped to my natural weight and started there. since 2005 i have been fairly healthy it wasnt until my senior year '07 that i really started to take my nutrition seriously. i was no longer playing sports but needed that muscle movement. and so began my want to LiveHealthier forever.
Why I Love It:
Staying fit makes me feel great! The feeling of constantly bettering myself mentally and physically is undescribable. Staying fit not only helps me strengthen my muscles but it strengthens my confidence as well. Looking and feeling better can boost confidence sky high. With my heightened confidence i can concentrate on what is really important in life instead of stressing over the little things.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply walking into a crowded place can modivate me by seeing all the bodies of bad choices.. but if you mean everyday? ide say the music i listen to and the environment i live in. Nature makes me feel healthy and to strive to be great.
BB Accomplishments:
no reallly big acomplishments besides maintaining my strength as well as my body changing slowly but progessivly.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i sit down and smartly put together my workout for the day and get my ipod ready for some serious raging!

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
im much more confident in all i do and have gotten some people around me to start following the fitness lifestyle. it has brought me closer to some people i took for granted.
