My Dad was given a gym membership to rehabilitate after a work related injury. I went with him and began working out. The gym vibe was addicting!
Why I Love It:
There is no other time that I value more then when I am at the gym. It has always been my personal time and something that through the years, has become a fixture in my daily life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading magazines, Working out with music, Good workout partners, my conscience!
Going into my Cutting phase,
Preparing to be at my best by June 21st, in time for my Vacation.(Relaxed pose)
Once again preparing for my summer vacation, about 3 weeks out from my trip. This is the most mass I've ever had on my frame, soon after I began my efforts to become polished and ready for my vacation.
I've began to take into consideration my health and fitness level, rather than just muscularity. Muscle is still important but I wan't to keep my body fat in check and my endurance up. Nutritionally I would like to consistently stick to my diet and schedule time to cheat so I don't go way off track.
Sneak Preview of Stan McQuay - Days Before the 200
Played: 151
Why I like this video: Stan put on some serious mass in the last couple years, he says that he has a fast metabolism, and im sure that didn't make things any easier, but he did it. I would like to do the same.
I miss lifting heavy. I miss getting crazy. I miss being mean. I miss pulling my hat down low over my eyes, jamming my ipod earbuds into my ear, and wrapping a lifting strap tightly around some dumbells. I miss having a workout partner who is as into gym life as I am, who has the knowledge, and...
thanks! its hard work...but i love it :) i was never a morning person, but getting up and doing cardio first thing really gets me going for the day! your avi looks great...you look like you already set for summer :)
Hey! thanks for the add! I think the muscle mania in san deigo has everything includiing body buildng but I'm not totally sure! let me know if you decide to check it out! goodluck with everything!
I never get annoyed about the packs. They're more convenient, in fact. I grab a Nitro pack and take it to the gym with me. Easier than carrying a whole bottle of pills or a shaker bottle.
I know my son loves it...but he is an incredible motivator to me as well. I have always been an active person that has just naturally flowed to my parenting as well. My boys and i are real close, but we don't have alot of supportive relatives either. You just continue with your goals and surround yourself by encouraging people. You look like your on your way! Good luck =)
