Hello every one. Sorry Im not good at keeping you guys posted. Well here is the skinny of it..lol.. I had to take a break from working out, after only two months being back.. My doctor said my diabetes was to out of control. Were working on getting it regulated.. In any case, now I have been cleared for light work outs. Mostly cardio.. I am lifting light weights just high reps. Im actually feeling some burn so im happy. In my down time witch was a month by the way guys. i actually gained 4... Go to BodyBlog
