To gain 25lb of muscle over the next 1.5 to 2 years.
I want to walk around at 195lb 5%BF in the summer and 210-215 9-10% in the winter.

I am currently starting my second week of rest. I have been trainning hard for over a year with no break and my tendons are shot. mon the 12th I will be back lifting and eating hoping to achieve some more strength and muscle over the next 12 weeks. till then its yoga and crdio only. some time...
hi ramon. there actualy is an new product out there that is injectable. you site inject and it melts the fat. it works and is supossed to be safe but has some uncomfortable sides. but you acclimate to the injects. I will find the thread on onother forum and post the name and info on the product.

Cheers Ramon, I appreciate the comments. I've tried bulking before but found I coundn't eat enough and kept the cardio too high! This time I'm determined to stick on 25 to 30lb even though my bf may go up to 8-10%.
By the way your bf combined with that bulk is mighty impressive.

I read on one of your forum posts that you hardly do any cardio because of an inujury, but maintain 8% bodyfat? That is amazing. I would like to hit the single digits once. I turn forty soon. Are you eating mostly protein and low carbs?
