To gain 25lb of muscle over the next 1.5 to 2 years.
I want to walk around at 195lb 5%BF in the summer and 210-215 9-10% in the winter.

I am currently starting my second week of rest. I have been trainning hard for over a year with no break and my tendons are shot. mon the 12th I will be back lifting and eating hoping to achieve some more strength and muscle over the next 12 weeks. till then its yoga and crdio only. some time...

But we are the same height..I out weigh her by almost 25 lbs..LOL! I think its hopeless...:)
So I was looking for a new workout to keep things fresh. I posted a 5x5 workout that someone suggested in the forums but still plan on sticking to my diet and maybe implementing some casein powder to keep from going catabolic. what do you think?
whats goin on man,your in damn good shape,Im just gettin back into it since a back surgery and wondering what the key to addin mass was for you.and any other advice your willin to hand out would be much appreciated and put to use.thanks for your time.
