bad attitude if you plan to get into boxing. don't strive for being pro when you haven't even had a sparring session either, take it one step at a time... don't know why i'm giving advice to someone who just tried to abuse me but whatever lol

sounds awesome :)
I suggest just doing boxing/skipping to start with and then when you get the punching and being lighting on your feet part (skipping), the rest will be alot easier. If you do kickboxing at home or in a gym make sure you have the right technique on your kicks or you can get some serious foot, ankle and knee injuries. Good luck with it and the rest of you're transformation. Looking great so far :D

yeah a heavy bag sure does help with cardio when you can't be bothered leaving your house :)

Yeah i lift on one of the days that i go to sparring practice. Bag work at home is on my non lifting days though. I won't be lifting for a week or 2 before my competition either.
p.s. awesome back man, great waist/shoulder ratio
