One of my future goals is to take a regular kickboxing class. I have a feeling it will be a great stress reliever along with cardio benefits. In the meantime, I'm building endurance to sustain those power moves for awhile. I'd probably crash after 5 minutes of that right now. lol :) T

You've got the motivation and gym membership. Use the experts there to set up a solid program, eat healthy and watch the transformation happen. Give us a comparison shot in about 3 weeks and be prepared for a solid change. Andre
