beagn with weight loss...about 2 years or so...began bodybuilding January 2005
Why I Love It:
It's the best feeling in the world to excercise, period. Whether it's lifting weights, or doing my normal cardio, it's a great feeling to feel healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
music and the amazing friendships I've developed while at my gym
BB Accomplishments:
a possible career in bodybuilding, but I'll admit it's not a BIG priority right now....just concentrating in school and get my grades up. I look at it as one of my priorites, but not the only one.

i have a question for you...whats a good way to tone arms. i dont want muscles now lolz. n how long will it take b4 I see progress??? cuz i tend to get discouraged when it takes so long :-(
