thanks for the pic comment. People rairly take the time to do that. The last couple weeks have been intense. Training and eating hard. I feel the results even if they arent showing much on the scale and in pix.

that makes sense. make sure you keep drinking water both at the gym and everywere else. Not just to avoid dehidration but also 'cause water is needed to keep the growing machinery working properly. best luck
Lost 4 pounds in a day? I don't believe you! do you weight yourself wearing clothes? Did you starve yourself the wole day? Dehidration? Whatever it is, you'll get back to 168 (and beyond) in no time. Just keep at it!

yes im still keeping up with it, not planning to drink at all. the bad thing is that im turning 25 in april. I might want to get smashed then :(
