Carbs help bulk you up and theyre a building block for protein. Plus carbs are easy calories since most foods have tons of carbs. helps you bulk up in good size.
I eat a lot more carbohydrates than protein. Since I am bulking and wanting size, carbs are the easiest thing to get in and plus all of the energy from the food helps with strength gains. Vitamins I take arginine, fish oil, b12 vitamins, and vitamin C
I make chicken a little while after my workout and 3 other times during the day. Steak, egg whites are my other protein sources. I drink 100% whey chocolate flavor with a banana blended with it after my workout. and no creatine. Im not big on using supplements
I stared January of 2008, so almost 4 months. I went from 134 to 147. Im carrying water weight and if I was to cut I'd probably be like 143. Working out is addicting. I love it. How long have you been working out?
i listed all the sups i have tried on my bodyspace. right now im taking Mass Factor. I got a fast ass metabolism so I need all the calories I can get. I just bought some creatine that is being shipped to me. i wish i had started working out at your age. keep it up
