I would like to gain lean mass and lose fat around my mid.
Goal (Long):
I started to get into triathlons a few years ago and got away from it because of work. I would like to get in good enough shape by the summer of 09 to start competing in them again. I would like to gain muscle in my legs and arms before I start seriously training for them.

I do cardio almost everyday: stairstepper, rowing machine, elliptical, or running. I've just started crossfit. It's a great high intensity workout. Swimming is also a great excercise. I just suck at swimming though.
Keep it up, you're doing great!

thnx for the comment. I appreciate the input. I plan on hitting the pool every other day as my cardio workout. Just a way to spice things up. i dont want to get bored so fast.
