How I Started:
I started working out in high school due to playing sports and I absolutely loved it. After graduating though I got lazy. I'm now to the point where I can't stand the way I look..too much fat on the bod for me. So, it's time for a change! :)
Why I Love It:
I love showing off the muscles that I worked so hard to get. It's great to get complimented on how awesome your body looks. It feels good to go and do a hard work out. I like to earn what I get..so working out and seeing results is definately rewarding!
How I Stay Motivated:
Just by looking in the mirror. I either like what I see and want to continue to look better or I find area I want to improve. I'm challenging myself to be in the best shape that I can be.

I don't think I need to do much on my arms. Although, I would like to tone them a little more.
Ok, so I definately need some help on the stomach area. It's a given. :)
I'm so embarrassed of the "love handles". How the heck do I get rid of them and tone my stomach?
I have the same issue with those darn love handles...UGGGH! I found the only way to get a flat tummy is a low BF% so I would recommened hiring a good trainer or doing some research and getting a diet that will allow you to lower your BF level. Your muscle looks great so once you unwrap that package I will bet you will be very pleased! Good luck to you.
RE: Your love handles comment. The only way to get rid of them is to lose fat. I recommend a low-carb ketogenic diet. Just eat really clean for six months and they will go away.
