When I see all that fit, strong women in here it makes me motivated. If they can do it I can also do it! I have to be stronger then all of them. If anyone wants to challenge me I will show who is the man! ;-)
She is the strongest female in here and an idol for me. At her I can see what is possible even for women. Would like to see that domination in real. That is motivating in the gym!
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
Pro: It is clean, I have everything I need. I can do what I want. The maschines are always free.
cons: I am alone. Sometimes it is good and fun to do it with others together.

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?

Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
In the pre season I do in the moment: 2 different programs, each twice a week:
One is: abs+back+chest+triceps+legs
And the other is: abs+back+shoulders+lat+upper back+biceps
I do aprox. 8 reps with 3 or 4 sets per exercise. But some muscle parts I do more then 1 exercise. Chest and shoulders I...
Aww thanks..I do both..I was doing endurance for like 4 to 5 months now I am doing more added weight and still lots of pull-ups but concentrating on gaining strength:) We will see my results soon..Cheers...
