I started going with my mum when I was really young, obviously not even knowing what a dumbell was back then I didn't take it seriously.
She said she'd sign me up properly to a gym when I turned 13 but that never eventuated.
So as I got older I got into lifting weights to get the muscles that impress the ladies & all that, without really knowing anything about it.
This have changed alot since then, I now lift for myself & taking every step I can in the direction I want to go instead of for the wrong reasons.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush, it makes me feel like I've done something meaningful in my day instead of the emptyness I get after work & such. Alot of my friends take drugs and get pissed every week, I myself have a soft spot for the odd drink on the weekends hehe. I want to represent the other side, that shows you don't need powder or pills (Obviously I'm referring to illicit substances not protein powder & such, just thought I'd point that out) to reap lifes rewards.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't yet, I'm trying to overcome that obsticle haha.

I'm sick of being the skinny kid no one takes seriously.
I want to be able to defend myself should the need arise and I want all the benfits such as self esteem/confidence that bodybuilding can provide me with.
I'm sick of making excuses for myself and giving up after missing one training day.
100kg by the end of the year.
Cut back on my drinking.
Massive increases in strength.
Stick to my routine even when I feel disheartened.
Prepare all my meals in advance instead of on the day.
Don't worry about what other people think, do this for myself.
