Raigs created a new BodyBlog entry "100k Challenge".
This is my story on what I did during the 100 challenge. A little about me -I had MPFL reconstruction surgery when last december. It took me a long while to really get back into leg days and not have any pain(uploaded another leg shot just to show how strong I have become) So this took me a long long while to get back where I wanted.
