What time of day do you usually workout?
Where do you get your workout programs?
Currently the luch hour is the only time I can guarantee I can get some workouts in. I would like to get back on an afternnon kick later in the year!
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Why or why not?
Some of my family are "Negative Nancys" and the last thing someone needs to stay on track is someone else whining and saying "it is just easy for you...and other shit!

Well....I know that with all the time off from working out hard was having its effect on me, but tonight I actually broke out the old tape measure. I weighed in at 198......but my waist was 36.75 and that is when I got a little depressed. Then I figured that I should check here and see what...
