What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?

I had knee surgery about two years ago so I have to ride the bike at high intensity, or for a good burn, for the muscle tissue to stay strong and prevent my miniscus from going back to the way it was.
