HEY! How are you? UR looking great man! Keep going strong. I'm taking this year off and really trying to put size on. Im up to 280-285 and around 15-17% bf. So Im excited the relax abit and just try for size. Next year it will be GAME ON again for the Mr Grand Rapids and MR Michigan. Im going to try for 245 250 on stage. WhooooHooo! Peace & God Bless

Well right now I'm trying to lean down alittle for the summer. This fall I hope to start a mass gaining diet and workout so I can improve on my back and my quads so maybe a show next year if all goes well. what about you?
