Saw a picture of the "incredible hulk" and a good friend (Steve copani)told me that if i wanted it bad enough "come in" & train your ass off,period.
Why I Love It:
To me;it's a way of life.To see if i can push myself beyond limits unknown.I love being big and massive an to see a muscle take shape is unreal.
How I Stay Motivated:
Self driven to be the best that i can be.A person who trains the hardest is a person who is the hardest trainer.

Going through prep to see if i have what it takes to compete & i do.Also,i like shaping people lives as they get busy in the gym & on stage.

Goal (Long):
To leave a legacy of being the best that i can be at a contest and/or at the gym.Once i come down to 245lbs,watch out!
From a far away comes a woman who not only is hardcore in lifting but very helpful in other ways.When i first came on bodyspace i 'd always run into her traiining blogs i figured that i can push harder than the average person.When she took 1st in the DJClassic;i was really stoked that she came out on top.BB is one of the true "hardcore"women whom i have the pleasure to call "friend"
HOLIDAYS ARE UPON US. SOME JUST WANT TO LET GO & RELAX FOR THE THANKSGIVING & CHRISTMAS RUSH WHILE OTHERS ARE FINISHING THEIR CONTEST SEASON.ME,NOT RESTING ON MY BALLS!HELL NO!ALTHOUGH EVERYONE WILL BE EATING FOOD & WATCHING FOOTBALL I'LL BE AT THE GYM HITTING IT REAL...
MY WORKOUTS ARE BY "TRIAL & ERROR".ONE WEEK I DO A HARDCORE WORKOUT(4SETS/8REPS).ANOTHER WEEK IS A VASCULAR WORKOUT(4SETS/15REPS).MY OTHER PROGRAM IS "FUSION PHASE TRAINING".THIS TRAINING IS DONE WITH TRISETS & A ONE REP BURNOUT SET.IF YOU CAN HANDLE MY TRAINING I'LL GIVE IT TO YOU.
My scale reads between 23 & 16% body fat, so I really can't say. But I have lost an inch and startin to c deff in my waist. Weight is steady, hips and butt are genetic so they ain't goin away, just getting tighter.
It really helps having a routine and tracking how much I lifted so I can push for heavier next time. Sometimes I can, sometimes I have to try a couple times. I really appreciate your help!!
hey Raf doing well thank you! yep I plan to do that later this evening I split today i did cardio in am then went out for a bit but will be pumping hard tonight thanks have a fantastic weekend! Hell Yeah!
You are awesome. Thanks for your inspiration and encouraging words. I just realize how to listen to my body and stay positive through the good/bad situations. You only live once. So, we got to make the best out of it. How are you doing?
