Tired of overall appearance...lost 20 pounds in 2 months--I consider it my greatest accomplishment in my life--and then started lifting weights to tone up. I've been on and off because of school and fraternity things.
Why I Love It:
It's just a great way to stay healthy and it gives me something to do. Also, it helps me relieve stress and frustration.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just remember how I was in the past--fat, out of shape, and just unhappy--and never want to be in that spot again.

Develop a wider back.
Do this the right way--no diet pills or any of that stuff.
Keep being consistent, because that has gotten me to where I am right now.
Develop largers traps and continue on calves & forearms.
