I began when I started high school as an interest to compliment my athletic stamina in horseback riding. I became more enthusiastic as I saw my rides improve as I began to forge myself into the visions that aroused in my mind. I have high aspirations and no fear to hold me back.
Why I Love It:
Going to the gym is awesome for me. When I am there, I gain a sense of fellowship with those around me, all in their own stages of their goals. That, to me, is beautiful that even in the chaos of our world, we can gather in a gym and motivate each other.
How I Stay Motivated:
This lifestyle demands discipline, commitment, and optimism in order for the fruits of its pains to be obtained. As I watch myself progress, my drive increases and my own empowerment enhances. I find a lot of my motivation in music as well
BB Accomplishments:
I have not yet competed on stage. Each goal I set and achieve is an accomplishment.

To grow closer to my best form each day, in mind, body and spirit. -Currently cutting, and training for an octathalon at the end of September-
Goal (Long):
Muscular definition is attractive to me, and the power in conveys to myself and others is something I know I created. I am currently experimenting with cutting while training for an octathalon at the end of September, 2008. I want to learn as much as I can.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running. It is the best way to train the entire body...I just love to run

What is your cardio exercise plan?
Intervals, twice a week, two recovery runs, one long distance run, and other high intensity aerobic training. I mix it up through the week depending on how I feel.
hey there, things are going well. Lots of placement at uni atm. SO HECTIC. training has had a new intensity push and trying to better myself each session. Trying to start somewhat of a diet. Hows the running?
hey there, thanks for the kind words :) Uni is keeping me very busy atm and few more weeks of exams and big assignments :( Whens the new pics coming up, love to see your progress. Whats happening over your way?
Well, I'm going to try to do a strongman competition in a few weeks. I've done a lot of powerlifting, and some weightlifting comps in the past, but this will be a lot different.
You're pretty strong, you should try powerlifting sometime!
Training could be going better...with finals and all it gets tough.
And on the subject of NIN, did you see what festival they are headlining in August? Looks like I'm flying to Chicago :)
well ive forever heard great things about there shows like pyrotechnics and stage presence, but they were here early last year as a headline to a big concert we have here and they were pretty poor and that was everybodys opinion. Maynard was beside the drummer for the entire set in complete darkness :( so little dissapointed. Progress is coming along ok, still experimenting with exercises and doing what i can, i need new progress shots really :)
hey there, congrats on all your hard earnt achievements. Stats are doing great. Love the lateralus quote!!! Wish you all the best in your journey. Love to here of your future progress
